I'm under that same impression. Get first wave and then just sparks, not the boombots etc. First wave bot healing doesn't matter, since the boss heals to full anyway.

it's like they're BEGGING us to do hard mode. seriously. no reason now for Tam not to just DG them into melee and have the incidental aoe kill them.
